Offerings

The Birth Support Package

This is an in-person continuity of care offering and focuses on building deep connection to self, your innate power and your baby. We will spend lots of time together in your pregnancy building our relationship and I will provide you with emotional, educational and practical support. We will explore your birthing choices, your values and unpack any fears that arise.

As you approach your Labour and Birth I will be available 24/7 from 38 weeks and encourage you to protect your sacred birth mindset and energy.

When your birthing day finally comes, I will provide reassurance and advocacy, unwavering support and comfort measures and witness your Rebirth as you birth your baby.

Please note that my support does not change if you are planning a cesarean birth. In fact I care deeply that you are supported, heard and validated, however you plan to birth.

One off Prenatal support

This offering is designed to provide intentional time tailored to meet you exactly where you are as you prepare for your birth. Whether you'd like to review your birth plan, ask questions, connect with your core values, or engage in fear-releasing work, this session will help you feel more centered and empowered as you approach your birthing experience.

Postpartum

The Postpartum Support Package

This offering is for the mother longing to be nurtured.

The fourth trimester is both magical and all consuming in equal measure and sometimes this means you just need an extra pair of hands or someone to listen.

I provide nurturing food each visit, listen deeply, enable you to engage in meaningful self-care, perform light weight domestic duties, care for aches, and bear witness to your unique and sacred journey through early motherhood.

My aim is to leave you feeling nourished emotionally and physically, and reconnected with yourself.

NICU Doula Support

Having your baby in the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) or admitted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is not where we ever dream of starting our parenting journey. Whether your baby is born prematurely, or at term, if they spend a day in neonatal care, or weeks - this offering is to hold the family throughout this challenging time.

With this in mind, if you are planning a birth after caesarean, let’s chat about structuring support that is tailored to your needs.

This may include a birth debrief of previous experiences, attendance to medical appointments, and/or specific VBAC preparation.
